Indoor bowls is a perfect game for recreational purposes. We have indoor bowls running every Wednesdays and Fridays at 8.30am which provides an opportunity for residents to practice and polish their skills. It is a social game that offers a way to meet new people and make friends. And, like many sports, it is healthy to improve motor and visual skills as well as increase heart rate for better heart health. Seniors can meet others regularly for a game which helps in their social life and mental wellbeing.
